Complimentary Delivery VERRE Gallery offers complimentary delivery on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time All VERRE Gallery pieces are handcrafted to order in Canada. Production and preparation timelines vary by piece and are indicated on each individual product page. As a general reference, please allow 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to shipment preparation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes All VERRE Gallery orders are shipped via complimentary White Glove Delivery, worldwide.

Canada — 5 to 8 business days
United States — 10 to 15 business days
Mexico — 10 to 15 business days
Europe & International — 10 to 30 business days

Fragile & High-Value Items All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of reception at customersupport@verregallery.com with photographic evidence.
